Why electrolysis?
Electrolysis is the only FDA-recognized method of permanent hair removal. Unlike laser, it works on every skin tone and every hair color — including light, fine, gray, and red hair that laser simply can't treat.
Each hair follicle is treated individually with a tiny probe and a gentle electrical current, permanently disabling its ability to regrow. It takes a series of sessions, but the results are truly forever.

Standard session
The most popular choice. Covers face, underarms, bikini line, or targeted body areas. Ideal for ongoing treatment plans.

A great middle ground for clients treating multiple areas or larger zones in a single visit.

Full session
Best for larger body areas — legs, back, chest — or clients who want to maximize progress per visit.

Common questions
What to expect
Does electrolysis hurt?
Most clients describe it as a mild warmth or a quick pinch — very manageable. Sensitivity varies by area and individual, but I use the finest needles available and work at your pace. Many clients read or relax during sessions.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the area, hair density, and your hair growth cycle. Most clients need between 8–18 sessions per area, spaced 1–4 weeks apart. I'll give you a personalized estimate at your free consultation.
Is electrolysis safe for dark skin?
Yes — this is one of electrolysis's biggest advantages over laser. It works safely and effectively on all skin tones, including Fitzpatrick types V and VI, with no risk of hyperpigmentation.
Can you treat gray or blonde hair?
Absolutely. Electrolysis works on every hair color, including light, fine, gray, and red hair. Laser cannot treat these hair types — electrolysis can.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Avoid tweezing, waxing, or threading for at least 2 weeks before your session — the hair needs to be in the follicle. Shaving is fine. Come with clean skin and no heavy lotions on the treatment area.
